Job Duties: Providing hands-on, on-site IT field support for restaurant locations and multiple mobile food units Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting POS systems, payment terminals, and peripheral devices Supporting network connectivity, routers, switches, and wired/wireless connections across service points Performing hardware maintenance and fault diagnosis for computers, kiosks, and operational IT equipment Ensuring continuous operation of IT systems that directly impact daily sales and customer service Responding to technical issues requiring immediate on-site intervention during business hours Supporting system availability and operational continuity across multiple locations Performing routine checks and preventive maintenance to minimize service disruptions Working in compliance with company IT procedures, data security requirements, and operational standards Collaborating with restaurant staff to resolve technical issues affecting daily operations Requirements: Relevant education in IT or equivalent practical experience in field-based IT support and maintenance Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting hardware, POS systems, payment terminals, and network connectivity Ability to work independently across different locations and travel between service points as required Ability to respond promptly to on-site technical issues Structured working approach and strong problem-solving skills Previous experience with IT systems used in restaurant or food service environments is considered an advantage Knowledge of hygiene practices and food safety requirements is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
