**Chef (Winter Season 20262027)** **About Halo Igloos** Halo Igloos is a premium resort in Rovaniemi, combining modern Nordic design, private wellness (sauna & jacuzzi) and authentic Arctic nature. We create high-end, immersive experiences for international guests looking to connect with Lapland in a unique and meaningful way. We are now looking for a passionate **Chef** to join our kitchen team for the winter season 20262027. **About the Role** **We are looking for both Breakfast Chefs and Dinner Chefs. Please indicate in your application which role you are interested in.** As a Chef at Halo Igloos, you are part of delivering a high-quality food experience for our guests. - Work under the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations - Prepare dishes with consistency, care and attention to detail - Contribute to a kitchen focused on **Scandinavian and international cuisine** - Be part of a team where food is a key element of the overall guest experience Breakfast is always served as a buffet, while dinner is offered either as a buffet or à la carte depending on the concept. **What You Will Do** - Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and dinner dishes - Ensure consistency and efficiency in daily kitchen operations - Follow recipes, standards and kitchen procedures - Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards - Support the Head Chef in daily operations - Keep the kitchen clean, organized and well-functioning **What We Expect** - Previous experience in a professional kitchen - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards - Interest or experience in **Scandinavian or international cuisine** - Team-oriented mindset - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays - Basic English skills (Finnish is a plus) **What We Offer** - Salary starting from **14,00-15,00€/hour + supplements** (based on experience) - Flexible employment (full-time, part-time or seasonal) - Opportunity to work in a premium international resort - Supportive and ambitious team - Assistance with accommodation - Training and onboarding **Working Period** Winter season 20262027 (approximately NovemberMarch/April), Possibility to start earlier.
