AINO Private Island is a newly renewed (fully renovated in 2025), adults-only boutique hotel set in the peaceful surroundings of the Kemijoki River, just outside Rovaniemi. It is a place where northern nature, immersive experiences, privacy, and refined hospitality come together. AINO is the sister property of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and represents the same award-winning quality offering guests quiet luxury, genuine presence, and highly personalized service. We are now looking for an Island Manager to lead AINOs daily operations and further develop the service culture of this unique destination. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive guest experience where northern nature, storytelling, and high-end hospitality meet. As Island Manager, you are the heart of AINO the host who leads the property as if it were your own. You are present in daily operations, know your guests and your team, and ensure that every detail contributes to a high-quality, calm, and meaningful guest experience. You lead by example, make confident decisions, and continuously develop operations always balancing quality, efficiency, and profitability. **Your Key Responsibilities** **Daily Operations Management** You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of AINO with a hands-on approach. You work closely with a small team and actively participate in daily operational tasks. **Service Concept Development and Quality Assurance** You create, develop, and implement AINOs service concept. You ensure that service remains personal, authentic, and refined not scripted, but natural and impactful. **Financial and Operational Efficiency** You ensure efficient use of resources, including staff scheduling, procurement, and cost control. You develop ways of working that enhance both quality and efficiency. **People Leadership and Culture Building** You lead and inspire your team.
