Across SantaPark and Santa Claus Secret Forest Joulukka, our work is guided by authenticity, care for one another, and pride in creating moments that truly matter. **We are looking for seasonal team members for Winter 2026-2027** (10/2026 - 1/2027 & 10/2026 - 3/2027) **Santa's Helpers** are at the heart of the experience. In SantaPark, an underground Christmas-themed park, you welcome guests into the lively world of Santas cavern, guiding them through fun, Christmassy activities and encounters at their own pace. In Santa Claus Secret Forest - Joulukka, a premium Christmas destination hidden in the forest, you lead families through a carefully crafted story. You guide, listen, respond, and help each family feel that the experience is truly their own. Please note that work in Joulukka is partly outdoors in a winter forest environment. Depending on the situation, the role may also include supporting restaurant service alongside professional waitstaff. This can involve assisting in guest service during meals as part of the overall experience. This role is about presence. You work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to different situations while keeping the experience smooth and consistent for every guest. **General requirements** - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Natural interaction skills with guests of all ages - Confidence in performing and storytelling - Imagination and situational awareness - Strong sense of responsibility and initiative - Willingness to learn and develop - Fluent spoken English **Considered an advantage** - Additional languages, especially Spanish - Commit to working throughout the entire magical season. - Interest in sales - Experience in restaurant or service work - Additional skills are highly valued, for example: face painting, balloon art, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, acting... - Hold a driving license and have experience driving in snowy, icy conditions - Brave the Arctic, able to work outdoors for extended periods in winter conditions. - Manage time well and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. **What to expect:** - Structured role-specific training before the season - A clear introduction to the story, environment, and ways of working - An international team where collaboration and support are part of daily work - A working environment where feedback is part of development - Seasonal work in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland - Hourly salary with supplements and holiday compensation - Employment under the Program Service Collective Agreement - Flexible working hours, including weekends, with scheduled days off - Employee benefits available (details provided during the interview process) **Did your inner elf start to whisper already?
