Tasks

• Take full operational responsibility for the resort.
• Manage full P&L responsibility with a commercial mindset.
• Lead people through structure, trust, and high standards.
• Make decisive, self-reliant decisions with full accountability.

Requirements

• Proven leadership at a senior level.
• Fluent English and good Finnish.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Rovaniemi or within 30 minutes of the resort.
• Strategic leadership experience in building and protecting high-end operations.
• Available to start in March.
• Permanent position.

Preferred

• Extensive experience in premium hospitality or resort operations.
• Preference for ownership and accountability over layered hierarchies.
