Rebar Worker

We are seeking experienced rebar workers for long-term projects across Finland. This role is suitable for professionals capable of working independently on challenging construction sites and reading construction and reinforcement drawings confidently. You will work as part of a skilled team, taking responsibility for high-quality and efficient results.

Main Tasks:

• Execute rebar work independently on various construction projects.
• Interpret construction and reinforcement drawings.
• Collaborate within a skilled team to deliver project goals.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in rebar work.
• Ability to read construction drawings independently.
• Experience working independently on construction sites.
• Valid occupational safety card.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• English language skills for communication on-site.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments.
• Advantageous: Experience with large infrastructure or data centre projects; possession of a personal car.

Work Conditions and Benefits:

• Pay in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (TES) or better, paid on time.
• Hourly wage: 17–20€ (depending on skills and experience).
