MyArchitectAI is an AI rendering software for architects and interior designers. We are a small, fast-moving, founder-led team looking for a product designer who uses AI design tools daily to transform product data and user observations into simple, beautiful experiences.

Your tasks will include:

  • Identifying friction and opportunities across onboarding, rendering, editing, project, and asset workflows.
  • Converting founder ideas, PostHog data, and user observations into clear hypotheses and improved flows.
  • Studying the workflows of architects and interior designers to propose new solutions independently.
  • Rapid prototyping using AI-native tools (e.g., Claude, Figma AI, Figma-to-code workflows) and presenting options with trade-offs.
  • Collaborating directly with engineers from the design phase through to production.
  • Enhancing visual quality, clarity, and design-system consistency while maintaining simplicity for end-users.

What we offer:

  • Direct collaboration with founders and real ownership of the product experience.
  • Remote work options (Tallinn is optional).
  • Choice of an employment contract or a contractor agreement.
  • Negotiable salary.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable daily use of AI-assisted design tools in visual or product design work, including a visible workflow.
  • A portfolio showcasing substantial multi-step product flows (not just isolated screens).
  • Experience designing for non-technical users, particularly creative tools.
  • Strong visual craft combined with clear UX reasoning.
  • Proven experience of designs being successfully shipped with engineers.
  • Ability to explain how user behavior, research, or product data influenced design decisions.
  • Good English proficiency (Estonian is not required).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with creative software, AI creation tools, image/video products, or canvas tools.
  • Experience connecting Figma with code.
  • Familiarity with PostHog or similar product analytics.
  • Knowledge of architecture, interiors, 3D, or AEC.
