We are now looking for a Field Sales Team Manager for our client Edenred Finland. As Field Sales Team Manager you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of Finlands most important employer clients. To support our continued growth in Finland, we are now looking for a Field Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our Field Salesorganization(9 talented sales customer success professionals). Your role As Field Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of Finlands most important employer clients. You will combine hands-on sales leadership with strategic thinking, ensuring strong commercial execution while developing a high-performing team culture. Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to leadership and team development, while the other half will focus on managing and developing key customer relationships in the Field Sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Field Sales team while supporting team members in achieving their individual and team targets. You will work closely with the team on daily sales activities, ensure clear targets and KPIs are set and followed, and monitor pipeline development and forecast sales performance. The role also includes active participation in sales work and customer meetings, acting as an example of strong commercial execution. In addition, you will work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience and support the successful execution of Edenreds sales strategy and commercial campaigns. You will report directly to the Sales Director. Your profile We are looking for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building successful teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and in leading a sales team, with an excellent understanding of consultative sales and complex customer organizations. You are performance and results oriented and have a clear vision of what a high-performing sales team looks like. You enjoy coaching people and helping them succeed, while also maintaining a strong focus on commercial results. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in Finnish and English, and you are comfortable operating in a fast-changing business environment where priorities can evolve quickly. You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams inside the organization.
