About the Company Nordis Travel is a fast‑growing Scandinavian DMC serving European, American, and Asian markets. We design and operate high‑quality travel experiences across the Nordics, combining strong supplier partnerships with efficient digital processes. As we continue to scale across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and the Baltics, we are expanding our Finance team with a dedicated Senior Operation Manager. Key responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage the Operations Team, ensuring efficient daily workflow and high-quality service. Oversee booking processes, itinerary management, supplier coordination, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, travel policies, and internal procedures. Process Optimization Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement new operational strategies, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency and profitability. Ensure seamless end‑to‑end travel operations, from inquiry to post‑trip support. Team & Performance Management Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and expertise. Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and conduct regular feedback sessions. Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer‑centric work culture. Vendor & Partner Relations Manage relationships with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and DMCs. Negotiate service agreements and optimize supplier performance. Customer Experience Management Ensure timely and accurate customer communication throughout the travel process. Handle complex or escalated operational issues with professionalism and solution‑orientation.
