We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the essential link between our customers, technical workshops, and internal data. Your Unique Schedule: Saturday & Sunday: 08:00h – 21:00h Monday: 09:00h – 17:30h (Enjoy Tuesday through Friday off!) Key Responsibilities: Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and partners. Data Management: Gather and verify information for 100% accuracy and completeness. Technical Support: Coordinate directly with workshops to provide technical solutions. Coordination: Update all parties involved and monitor contract agreements. Deadline Driven: Follow up on all contract-related issues within established timeframes. Who are we looking for? Are you a multilingual multitasker with a passion for problem-solving? We are looking for a reliable team player who meets the following profile: Knowledge & Experience: Languages: Proficient in Polish, Dutch, and English. Tech Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bonus: Technical knowledge of automotive or tyres is a plus. Experience: No specific background required—we value talent and attitude!
