As a customer service officer, you will work Saturday & Sunday from 8h to 21h and Monday from 9h to 17h30. Your main tasks will be: Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer's inquiries and intervening parties. Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness. Providing technical support and communicating with workshops. Updating the customer and all other parties involved. Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved. Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines. For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Language: Polish (proficient), Dutch (proficient) & English (proficient) Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,...)
