About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, and supporting the company's expansion and growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficient operations and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise overall daily operations, including the management of all restaurant locations Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction Support business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring Lead and coordinate teams to ensure smooth execution of company goals Act as a key partner to the CEO in strategic decision-making Oversee supply chain management, cost control, and quality management Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience (experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is a plus) Language: Must be fluent in Chinese; Finnish or English is also required Experience in senior operational or leadership roles Strong understanding of restaurant operations, strategy, and management Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and drive results We Offer Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time options available) Competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement (TES) An opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing restaurant chain Good career development opportunities How to Apply Please send your CV to: Contact: Ravintola Mashiro www.mashiro.fi
