Halo Igloos is a rapidly growing premium resort located in Rovaniemi, offering guests a unique accommodation experience in the heart of Laplands nature. Our guests travel from around the world to experience Laplands nature, the Northern Lights and high-quality hospitality. As we continue to grow quickly, we are building a strong commercial team and are now looking for a E-Commerce Manager who wants to play a key role in developing an internationally growing travel brand. Our resort is located in Rovaniemi, but this position will be based in Espoo or Helsinki. The future office location will be decided together with the team. The CEO and a small commercial team will work in Helsinki, while the operational activities of the resort take place in Rovaniemi. Your role You will be responsible for developing Halo Igloos direct sales (D2C) and digital commerce. Your responsibilities include for example: - developing and optimizing direct sales channels (website, booking engine) - optimizing digital sales and conversions - collaborating with the marketing team on campaign planning - analyzing and reporting sales and booking data - developing new digital sales opportunities You will work closely with the rest of the commercial team. We are looking for someone who - has strong experience in digital sales, e-commerce or revenue management - experienced in performance marketing (Meta, Google) - understands the dynamics of direct sales and digital customer acquisition - can analyze data and develop sales based on insights - is familiar with hotel distribution channels or e-commerce business models - works proactively and takes ownership of results - speaks and writes fluent English Experience in travel industry marketing, hotel revenue management or e-commerce is considered an advantage. In addition, we expect a degree in business or equivalent practical experience in digital commerce or commercial roles.
