In this role, you will work at the intersection of technical expertise and international business, developing customer relationships and advancing the sales of technically advanced specialty papers. The position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of the paper and packaging value chain while working closely with customers across Europe and Overseas. You will be based primarily at our headquarters in Kauttua, collaborating closely with production, product development and logistics teams to ensure successful customer partnerships and long-term business growth. Your work will involve collaboration across the value chain, including converters and laminators, as well as interaction with brand owners, machine manufacturers and printers. Your role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships in international markets while promoting Jujo Thermals direct thermal papers, coated label papers and flexible packaging materials. Most of our customers are in Europe and North America, and the role includes approximately 40–80 days of international travel per year. The role is suitable for both early-career professionals and candidates with previous industry experience. You will be supported by a professional and collaborative team. Your main responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers Managing the sales process from opportunity identification to quotation, negotiation and order closing Organising and participating in customer visits, meetings and international industry events Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, marketing and technical support to ensure a high-quality customer experience Coordinating internally to support successful order fulfilment and delivery Contributing to internal development discussions and cross-functional collaboration What we offer At Jujo Thermal, you will work in an international environment and contribute to the development and sales of technically advanced, sustainable specialty papers. What we expect from you We are looking for a technically oriented professional with an interest in industrial products, customer processes and international sales. Qualifications Suitable educational background, such as Chemical Engineering Process Engineering Forest Products Engineering Strong technical understanding and genuine interest in customer processes Industry experience, particularly in customer-facing roles, is an advantage. Experience in international business is also valued. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
