As an Early Childhood Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful and inspiring everyday experiences for children. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the pedagogical activities of the group in accordance with the early childhood education curriculum. In your role, you will observe childrens learning and development and prepare and update each childs individual early childhood education plan (VASU) in collaboration with families and your team. You will act as a pedagogical leader within your team, sharing your expertise, supporting colleagues, and actively contributing to the development of our practices. A key part of the role is creating a safe, creative, and inspiring learning environment where childrens interests, curiosity, and participation are at the heart of daily activities. At our daycare, you will be part of a community that values collaboration, openness, and new ideas.
