As a Sosionomi in Early Childhood Education, you have the wonderful opportunity to support children as they grow, discover, and build confidence in themselves and others. You play an essential role in creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them. In this role, you help nurture childrens social and emotional development, guide positive interactions, and support a caring group dynamic where friendships and cooperation can flourish. Working closely with the early childhood teacher and the rest of the team, you help bring meaningful activities to life and create joyful everyday experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and learning. Building strong, trusting relationships with families is also an important part of your work. Through open communication and collaboration, you help ensure that each childs wellbeing and individual needs are supported. We are looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. Someone who enjoys teamwork, shares ideas openly, and wants to help create a daycare community where both children and adults can thrive.
