Thai cook with experience in authentic Thai cuisine

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a skilled Thai cook with experience in authentic Thai cuisine.   Main tasks include: • Preparation of authentic Thai dishes • Cooking traditional Thai recipes such as curries, wok dishes, soups and noodle dishes • Preparation of ingredients, sauces and kitchen mise en place • Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards • Kitchen organization and daily food production • Cooperation with restaurant management regarding menu and kitchen operations   QUALIFICATIONS • Documented experience as a Thai cook • Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine • Ability to work independently in a busy kitchen environment • Responsible and quality-conscious • Good collaboration skills   WORKING HOURS Full-time employment.   Typical working days: Tuesday – Sunday Monday closed.   SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS Salary according to qualifications and Danish labour standards.   APPLICATION Applications including CV and relevant experience should be sent to:     Application deadline: 20 days after publication.
