NY ASIEN JYLLINGE ApS Starts in 2012 and operates an Asian restaurant offering a mix of cuisines, including: Chinese dishes (main focus),Sushi and Japanese-style food,Thai and other Asian-inspired dishes,Buffet and takeaway services To develop our bussiness, we are looking for a new cooking chef Job Responsibilities: Oversee the overall kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food standards Specialize in Chinese cuisine e.g., Sichuan and be able to design menus independently Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork Control food costs and maintain inventory Ensure compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations Adapt dishes to suit local tastes and customer preferences Develop new dishes and contribute to restaurant promotions or events Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in Chinese cuisine Strong knowledge of at least one major Chinese cuisine,e.g., Sichuan Ability to work in a multicultural environment Good leadership and communication skills Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Clean criminal record (required for Danish work permit) Preferred Qualifications: Medium Skill Level
