With three busy locations, we run on two pillars: Systems & Structure, using clear routines and logic to keep service smooth and consistent, and Human Interaction & Service, focusing on connecting with guests and supporting your team. The Role As a Shift Leader, you’ll learn our daily operations, floor and bar, and gradually take ownership of the café’s flow. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience, keep energy high, and support your team. This is your chance to grow in a company that values both quality and culture. Responsibilities Support opening and closing shifts Greet and serve guests with warmth Take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently Support the team across all areas of the café Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness Learn and grow coffee knowledge and café operations Who You Are Experienced in hospitality or the service industry Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure Detail-oriented, consistent, and motivated to learn Collaborative, low-ego, and service-oriented Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences Reliable, accountable, and ready to take responsibility Comfortable working weekdays and weekends Looking for a long-term opportunity Why Join Us?
