Customer Fleet Officer
Your responsibilities: You receive customers in a friendly manner and schedule maintenance and repairs. You manage the workshop agenda and ensure efficient planning. When work cannot be done internally, you coordinate with external partners. After the work, you clearly inform customers about the repairs carried out and any additional repairs. You are responsible for correct administrative follow-up and invoicing. Who are we looking for? You have already gained a first relevant work experience. You are customer-oriented, enthusiastic and have a commercial attitude. You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English. You work independently, take initiative and like to have customer contact. You remain calm under pressure and can handle the current Microsoft applications well. Knowledge of car mechanics is an asset. You have a driving license B.
