At our locations in the Bielefeld area, the Herford district and the Minden-Lübbecke district, we accompany and support people in need of help and care as part of outpatient care. At these locations, we work together with our residential groups and offer services for people with gerontopsychiatric illnesses, young care, palliative care and dementia.

For our motivated team in Bielefeld - Heepen we are looking for a

nurse / palliative specialist (f/m/d) for the outpatient service with immediate effect

The position is to be filled with a scope of 25-30 hours/week.

Your

qualifications- You are a team player with a completed training as a nurse, geriatric nurse, nurse or nursing assistant/PHK with a treatment certificate and ideally have professional experience.
