At these locations, we work together with our residential groups and offer services for people with gerontopsychiatric illnesses, young care, palliative care and dementia. For our motivated team in Bielefeld - Heepen we are looking for a nurse / palliative specialist (f/m/d) for the outpatient service with immediate effect The position is to be filled with a scope of 25-30 hours/week.
