Outpatient nursing service – Herford | 30-35 hours/week | unlimited

Your activities include above all

You take responsibility for nursing activities in the outpatient care of our clients. This includes, in particular:

• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Administration of medication, injections, wound care and other medically prescribed services (depending on qualifications)
• Professional digital, simple care documentation
• Observation of the state of health and passing on relevant information
• Participation in care planning, evaluation and quality assurance
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other cooperation partners
• Compliance with nursing, hygienic and legal standards

Your qualifications

• You are a team player with a completed training as a - Nurse (health and nursing, geriatric nurse
  or nursing assistant / nursing assistant / with treatment certificate
• Ideally professional experience in outpatient care
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and a structured way of working
• Empathy, reliability and enjoyment of working with people
• A valid class B driver's license is a prerequisite for the job
