For our motivated teams in Bielefeld-Mitte, we are looking for a

nurse/nursing assistant (f/m/d) with a treatment certificate for the outpatient care service The

position is permanent and can be filled with a scope of 30 hours/week.

Your tasks

You will take on nursing activities in the outpatient care of our clients on your own responsibility. This includes, in particular:

• Implementation of basic and treatment care
• Administration of medication, injections, wound care and other medically prescribed services (depending on qualifications)
• Professional digital, simple care documentation
• Observation of the state of health and passing on relevant information
• Participation in care planning, evaluation and quality assurance
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other cooperation partners
• Compliance with nursing, hygienic and legal standards

We would like to

• You are a team player with a completed training as a - Nurse (health and nursing, geriatric nurse
  or nursing assistant / nursing assistant / with treatment certificate
  ) - ideally professional experience in outpatient care
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and a structured way of working
• Empathy, reliability and enjoyment of working with people
• A valid class B driver's license is a prerequisite for the job
