Early Childhood Education Teacher

As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for implementing pedagogy within your team together with other professionals. In our pre-primary education, coteaching plays a key role, and you will be supported by a wide multidisciplinary team of early childhood professionals: a special education teacher, a language and culture teacher, a preparatory education teacher, a school social worker and psychologist, an ECE digital coordinator, and a skilled work community. You will also be supported by the daycare manager and deputy manager, who are always ready to help. Qualification requirements: Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) § 26 / § 27. The working language is English. The selected candidate must provide the employer with an extract from the criminal records register as specified in section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act (Act on Checking the Criminal Background of Persons Working with Children, 504/2002). Experience in pre-primary education is considered an asset.
