Politically Incorrect Tours ApS is seeking a reliable and well-organized Manager to oversee
the daily operation of our daytime tours and nighttime pub crawls. The role is operational and hands-on, with responsibility across logistics, staff coordination, guest communication, and digital content management.
The position requires flexibility and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks across split working hours.
Job Description
The Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of tours and pub crawls, supporting guides, maintaining operational standards, and acting as a central point of coordination between staff, guests, and management.
Typical working hours during pub crawl nights:
08:30–11:00, 14:00–17:00, 19:00–21:00
Typical working hours during non-pub crawl nights:
8:30-11:00, 12:00-16:30
The evening period primarily consists of operational on-call availability, including monitoring bookings, ensuring ticket availability, and being reachable by phone, email, or text.
In cases where additional operational support is required, some management hours may be replaced by assisting with or running the pub crawl, which operates from 19:45 to 00:15.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily daytime tour operations and evening pub crawl Cancel tours when necessary and ensure timely communication with affected guests.
Ensure guides accurately report tour attendance and numbers.
Provide operational support during staffing shortages, including guiding when required
Manage beer inventory for Beer Walk tours
Pack and prepare beer for tours and ensure correct quantities
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking
Act as the primary operational contact for guides during shifts
Perform basic website content updates and edits
Edit, manage, and publish pub crawl photos
Support social media posting and engagement
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working split, evening, and occasional late-night hours
Professional communication skills in English
Basic technical skills related to website editing and social media management
Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, or operations management is preferred
Employment Terms
Annual salary: 446,000 DKK
Full-time employment
