Your tasks - Internal HR Management: - Overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of the agency's own employees. - Managing the agency's performance appraisal system, compensation, and benefits programs. - Ensuring the agency's HR policies and procedures are compliant with labour laws. - External Recruitment Management: - Facilitating the hiring process by acting as an intermediary between client companies and candidates. - Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and assisting with offer negotiations. - Strategic and Advisory Role: - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the agency's business goals. - Staying up-to-date on market trends to advise client organizations on recruitment strategies. Required skills and qualifications: - 2 Years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or Human resources management diploma) - Fluent in English (Finnish language is a plus but not mandatory) About the job: - Working hours: 8 hrs per day (full time) - Length: 1 year and can be extended to permanent Contact information:
