Work tasks: Key responsibilities • Identify and approach new retail customers in Estonia (supermarkets, convenience stores, forecourt shops, HORECA wholesalers with retail corners). • Grow listings and shelf space for Dal’s Kitchen chilled, frozen and hot buffet products in existing accounts. • Negotiate commercial terms, activations and in-store visibility with category managers and buyers. • Plan and execute regular store visits, ensuring product availability, correct placement, planogram compliance and high-quality presentation. • Coordinate in-store tastings, promotional campaigns and new product launches together with retailers’ marketing and store teams. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour in the ready-meals and Asian food category in Estonia. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and proposals, and provide feedback to management on opportunities and risks. • Collaborate closely with production, logistics and marketing to ensure smooth supply, launches and campaigns. • Represent Dal’s Kitchen at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings across Estonia. Other requirements: Personal qualities • Proactive self-starter who can independently open new doors and manage their own pipeline. • Structured, reliable and comfortable working with targets and KPIs. • Passion for food and curiosity about Asian cuisine trends in the Estonian market. • Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across sales, production and marketing. • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in: • food or food manufacturing, or • buying/category management for a supermarket or retail chain. • Strong understanding of FMCG/retail dynamics and how supermarket categories are managed. • Language: Native or fluent Estonian and very good English; Russian is an advantage but not required. • Valid category B driver’s licence and readiness to travel regularly within Estonia. • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong relationship-building mindset and a hands-on, results-oriented way of working. • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience working with CRM or sales reporting tools.
