Sales Manager Intern

Nerdsbay Oy is offering a Sales Manager Intern traineeship within our sales team. The internship lasts 3–6 months and is suitable for applicants eligible for a 6-month TE Office traineeship. Work can be done in-office or in a hybrid model. Key responsibilities include: - Communicating with potential clients via phone and email - Assisting with preparation of commercial proposals and other sales materials - Managing sales opportunities and customer relationships in a CRM system - Collaborating closely with the sales team and learning from real client cases - Earning performance-based sales bonuses during the traineeship - Possibility to continue working with the company after the traineeship Requirements: - Fluent in Russian and English; Finnish and/or Swedish is an advantage - Strong motivation to develop skills in sales, customer relations, and business development - Previous experience is not required, but willingness to learn is essential The internship is intended for applicants registered with TE Office. Wage subsidy (palkkatuki) is not mandatory but is considered an advantage and may support continued cooperation after the traineeship.
