CNC Machinist – Okuma MULTUS Specialist Location: Finland (Tampere region / Pirkanmaa) Start Date: Immediately Duration: Indefinite / Long-term contract Are you an experienced CNC professional looking for a stable position in a high-tech environment? We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join the team at Refimex, working with state-of-the-art multi-tasking machines. In this position, you will be responsible for the full machining process on Okuma MULTUS B400 (OSP-P300, OSP-P200 controls). Your daily tasks will include: * Programming, Setting, and Operating horizontal lathes and multi-axis machining centers. * Working with various piece weights (1 to 500kg) and small production series. * Machining high-quality materials, including stainless steel, black steel, casting blanks, and welded structures. * Independent method planning and setting adjustments using MasterCam and desktop systems. Requirements * Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience. * Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Okuma MULTUS machines and multi-axis machining is essential. * Skills: Ability to independently manage the entire process, from programming to the finished piece. * Language: Good communication skills in English or Finnish. * Soft Skills: A patient, detail-oriented working style with a strong "can-do" attitude and problem-solving mindset.
