FINLAND - Hand Lay-up Laminator

Käsilaminoitsija (Hand Lay-up Specialist) Role Overview: Looking for a meticulous Hand Lay-up Laminator (Käsilaminoitsija) dedicated to detail-oriented work on intricate yacht components and structural reinforcements. This role is vital for the final strength and aesthetic quality of our interior modules and hull structures. Technical Requirements: * Manual Wet-out Expertise: Precision in hand-laminating multi-axial fabrics, CSM (Chopped Strand Mat), and woven rovings. * Core Integration: Experience in bonding and vacuum-bagging core materials (PVC foams, PET, or Honeycomb) into sandwich structures. * De-bulking & Rolling: Mastery of consolidation techniques using finned rollers to ensure 100% air removal between layers. * Secondary Bonding: Expertise in grinding, surface preparation, and structural bonding of bulkheads and stringers. Project Details: * Start Date: March 2026. * Focus: Production of small to medium series luxury components. * Requirement: High manual dexterity and a deep understanding of composite curing phases.
