------------------------------------------------------------------------ Infusion & Prepreg Laminator (Luxury Yachts) Role Overview: We are seeking high-precision Composite Technicians specializing in Vacuum Resin Infusion (VRI) and Prepreg technologies for the construction of high-performance luxury hulls and components. This role is dedicated to craftsmen who understand the physics of resin flow and the criticality of fiber-to-resin ratios. Technical Requirements: * Vacuum Bagging Mastery: Full proficiency in building airtight vacuum envelopes, including the placement of breathers, peel plies, and flow media. * Infusion Strategy: Experience in setting up complex feed lines and manifold systems for large-scale infusions. * Prepreg Processing: Deep understanding of out-of-autoclave (OOA) or oven-cured prepreg layup, including strict temperature control management. * Blueprint Literacy: Ability to interpret complex laminate schedules and ply books. Project Details: * Start Date: March 2026. * Materials: Carbon fiber, aramid, and high-grade epoxy systems. * Focus: Structural integrity and weight-saving optimization for luxury vessels.
