Service Manager, SMO (Service Management Office)

You will lead the Service Management Office, ensuring excellence in the service delivery practices.

• Lead the Service Management Office and its core practices
• Require strong experience in process design and implementation
• ServiceNow expertise is a must-have

ITSM Analytics & Reporting Manager

• Platform & Performance Analytics: Drive data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining advanced ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Process Mining: Utilize ServiceNow Process Mining capabilities to visualize end-to-end process flows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for operational optimization

We are looking for

• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven, relevant experience in the ServiceNow platform, commensurate with the specific requirements of the chosen role
• Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for seamless collaboration in an international environment
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with different stakelholders

Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work

Location: Helsinki or Vaasa, hybrid model
