Production operator

Tasks

• Operate IQF freezing tunnels and ensure a smooth production process.
• Deliver high-quality products in correct packaging.
• Set up and dismantle the production line.
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean machines according to quality guidelines.
• Register measurement data and perform quality checks.
• Act as the first point of contact for malfunctions after internal training.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team with respectful communication and perform tasks independently.
• Accurate, quality-oriented work style focused on high-quality end products.
• Willingness to perform both large-scale and pleasant tasks.
• Fluent reading, writing, and understanding of Dutch and/or English.
• Flexibility for a two-shift system and ability to work at 8–10°C with occasional freezer stays.
• Ability to handle feedback well.

Preferred

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
