Tasks

• Develop, follow up, and adjust the global prevention plan and annual action plan.
• Perform risk analyses for workstations, equipment, and ergonomics, translating them into feasible prevention measures.
• Raise awareness and support employees and managers regarding safety, health, and well-being.
• Advise management on the application of welfare legislation.
• Prepare the CPPW and ensure efficient follow-up of decisions and actions.
• Advise managers on workstation design, machinery, and production processes for ergonomics and safety.
• Act as the point of contact for external prevention services and inspection services.
• Monitor compliance with environmental permits and legislation.
• Participate in sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives, such as the VCDO programme.
• Act as a visible ambassador and coach both managers and target group employees.

Requirements

• Possession of the certificate of Additional Training Prevention Advisor Level 2 and relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a structured way and maintain an overview of administrative flows for inspections and permits.
• Ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.

Preferred

• Preference for being present in the workplace rather than working behind a desk.
• Possession of empathy and persuasiveness.
• Ability to adjust communication styles between strategic management conversations and informal toolbox meetings.
