Working as a driving instructor in Finland requires a driving instructor licence granted by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. The possibility of an apprenticeship can be taken into account. Our working language is Swedish, but Finnish is also used at work, and knowing English is not a disadvantage either. Flexibility is needed, as teaching is also occasionally organised in the evenings. The driving instructor must be pedagogical and able to support the students, especially because many students are very nervous when learning to drive a car. Stress tolerance is also important, as traffic can be a complex and stressful environment. Classrooms: AM120, AM121, T, B and C.YA Drive offers driving school services in Vaasa, Närpes and Kristinestad. YA Drive is part of Edunova Oy, which is owned by Söfuk and Novia University of Applied Sciences. The employment relationship will start on 1.4.2026 or as agreed. Send a free-form application and CV to: no later than 1.2.2026 For more information, please contact CEO Max Hagström, tel. 040 808 5022 or by email. www.yadrive.fi
