Project Manager (m/f/d) for Product Variant and Configuration Management (Industrial Engineer)

Tasks

• Collaborate in internal and external international project teams and coordinate subcontractors and customers.
• Define KM interfaces and create KM plans in German and English.
• Ensure the application of the configuration process.
• Implement internal and external change management and manage initial approvals for change control and release boards.
• Create product structures by identifying configuration units and mapping them in KM tools.
• Create baselines, build condition specifications, and develop further evaluations and status representations.

Requirements

• A degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Strong team, communication, and presentation skills with high responsibility, resilience, assertiveness, initiative, and organizational talent.
• Ability to utilize employee support for administrative and personal advice.
• Availability for further training and qualification opportunities during the project period.

Preferred

• Professional experience in project management, configuration management, software configuration management, and production processes.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and SAP PLM.
