Deputy Service Manager (d/m/f) for AIRBUS Helicopters (Commercial Specialist)

Conditions

• Generally a permanent employment contract.
• Temporary employment contract with a takeover option by the customer.

Tasks

• Handle reservations when required.
• Prepare offers for customers.
• Plan and carry out events.
• Operate the flight school and customer center as necessary.
• Perform general office activities.
• Manage service for the VIP area, events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Ability to utilize employee support for administrative and personal advice.
• Availability for further training and qualification opportunities during the project.

Preferred

• Professional experience in the catering industry.
• Expert handling of hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Service and customer orientation with the ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and a friendly appearance.
• Proficiency in MS-Office tools.
