Conditions

• Generally an open-ended employment contract.

Tasks

• Set up and establish efficient business and project governance.
• Create, analyze, and interpret meaningful reports for multifunctional teams.
• Establish and maintain efficient business and project governance.
• Derive and initiate corrective measures, projects, and initiatives from performance management.
• Set up and maintain portfolio management for the business unit.
• Perform end-to-end planning, tracking, and management of projects in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• Establish risk and opportunity management for early identification and mitigation of project risks.

Requirements

• A degree in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, a technical course of study, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the areas of customer service, manufacturing engineering, project management and quality assurance.
• Knowledge in the areas of risk management and agile methods.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work as well as strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Tools: Google Workspace, Skywise.
