Personal caregiver. Concerns a private question in the Netherlands, just across the border at Essen and Kalmthout. We are looking for a Attentive, careful and reliable person who supports our client at home with household chores, personal care, guidance, transport and daytime activities. This role is unique: you work one-on-one, in a Slow pace, without time pressure or changing clients. What will you do? Household support: Cooking, shopping, washing, ironing, cleaning and tidying up – together or independently, tailored to the client's abilities. Personal care & guidance: Help with ADL, transport to activities (groceries, picking garden, outings), and support with daytime activities at home and outside (garden, vegetable garden, chickens). Peace and safety: You work with little stimulus (no music, perfume, telephone sounds) and only intervene in the event of immediate safety risks. Communication is functional and neutral, without small talk. The client lives in the Netherlands, just across the border, in Huijbergen. Reliable and predictable: On time, no last-minute cancellations, flexible for extended shifts. Language proficiency: Minimal B2 level Dutch or English (other language within 24 months at B2). German is an advantage, but not a requirement. Driving license B and own transport due to accessibility location (or obtained within 6 months) and physical load capacity (lifting, climbing stairs, garden work). Low-stimulus working: Neutral clothing, low odor, no phone use during work. Experience or demonstrable level: Diploma not required, but references or a trial day are part of the selection. Start date: In consultation (minimum 12 months contract, probationary period 1 month). Conditions: Extract from the criminal record (model 2), valid work/residence permit (if applicable) and successful probationary day. Our preference is for someone who lives in the immediate vicinity of Huijbergen, the Netherlands.
