We are expanding with a new branch in Herning and are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Odense team and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, performance, and customer satisfaction of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient service during shifts Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Recruit, train, and schedule staff Supervise chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally Monitor daily sales and cash handling Prepare reports (sales, inventory, wastage) Order food, beverages, and supplies Manage stock levels and reduce wastage Support promotions, offers, and events Manage online presence and customer reviews Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory Fluent in English Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Responsible, organized, and service-oriented What We Offer: Full-time position in a growing company Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Good working conditions in a professional environment How to Apply: Send your CV and a short application to:
