Conditions
Relocation to the Aarhus area in Denmark is required if not already living there.
Tasks
Lead, mentor, and support the team of Training Managers and Student Success Managers.
Ensure all training activities comply with regulations, approved Training Manuals, and organizational requirements.
Monitor Training Manager performance and ensure follow-up on underperforming students.
Intervene directly with students identified as struggling after initial support from their assigned Training Manager.
Collaborate with the Head of Training to escalate cases and hand over students only after exhausting internal support.
Serve as a Training Manager for a selected group of students, providing guidance and personal support.
Support instructors in managing students requiring additional academic or personal guidance.
Ensure seamless communication between the Head of Training, instructors, Training Managers, and Student Success Managers.
Support the implementation of Operation Manuals OM(D) and ensure training-related documentation is followed.
Act as the primary compliance liaison for student progression and training outcomes.
Requirements
Experience in training program management, preferably in an aviation or educational environment.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in aviation training.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferred
Natural leader with a structured approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Adept at handling sensitive cases and making informed decisions under pressure.
Empathetic and supportive while maintaining a clear sense of accountability and high standards.
Able to work closely with diverse teams and coordinate across departments.
