Tasks

• Prepare high-quality Italian dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients.
• Contribute to the development of the menu and new dishes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient and professional workflow.
• Handle orders and food production in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the development of the restaurant's concept.

Requirements

• Must be a trained chef or unskilled with relevant experience, preferably from à la carte service.
• Have a passion for cooking and Italian cuisine.
• Be quality-conscious, well-organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Be a team player who contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
• Have experience working with hot dishes, cold dishes, and desserts.
• Speak Danish or English (international applicants are welcome).
