As HR Manager – Franchise & Operations Support, you will work closely with Konnichiwas head office and franchise partners to manage and support workforce-related matters across our restaurant network. Your role is to provide hands-on HR support, guidance, and training to franchisees, while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Support franchise partners in managing restaurant staff, including onboarding, employee transfers, and daily HR operations Design and deliver employee training programs (onboarding training, service standards, HR policies, and basic labor compliance) Assist franchisees with compensation discussions, payroll coordination, and HR cost management Manage staff scheduling guidance, shift planning principles, and annual leave arrangements Provide ongoing HR consultation and answer HR-related questions from franchise owners and managers Support employee relations matters and help resolve workplace issues in a professional and compliant manner Coordinate employee movement between locations when needed Develop and standardize HR processes, templates, and guidelines for franchise operations Ensure HR practices align with local labor regulations and company policies Act as a bridge between head office, franchise partners, and restaurant employees
