The Role As Automation Specialist – Data & Technology, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven automation solutions across our global production systems. You will work at the intersection of automation, data analytics, and AI/ML, helping to optimize production lines and develop future-ready technologies. This is a specialist role with high technical impact and close collaboration across engineering, automation, and digitalization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: Data analysis & optimization Design and develop data collection architectures Analyze production data to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability AI / ML development Apply machine learning and AI tools to optimize automated production lines Translate data insights into scalable automation solutions Technology development & research Research and evaluate new automation, data, and digital technologies Contribute to the development of next-generation fully automated, high-capacity production lines Technology maintenance & support Maintain and improve existing automation and data solutions Support digitalization and automation projects globally You will also contribute to digitalization projects and the development of technical infrastructure for data-driven decision-making across Gram Equipment Your Profile We are looking for a technically strong and curious professional who enjoys working with both automation and data.
