*Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the residential, office, and construction cleaning sectors. -Lead market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights within the cleaning industry. -Manage and grow existing client accounts while proactively pursuing new business opportunities across all three service lines. -Plan and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and email marketing. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives. -Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team. -Represent Cleanliving Oy at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. *Must-Have Qualifications: Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken). Solid experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets. In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry, including market dynamics and customer expectations. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. *Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager within the cleaning industry. Specific experience with residential, office, and/or construction cleaning markets. Familiarity with sustainability practices and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
