Job Responsibilities As a Chef at S Skolemad ApS, your tasks will include: Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for school canteens Ensuring consistent taste, quality and presentation of dishes Planning, preparing, and organizing daily kitchen tasks Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (including HACCP compliance) Working efficiently during busy periods Collaborating with kitchen staff and the management team Assisting with menu development and new food concepts Qualifications We expect that you: Have experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar professional kitchen role Can handle a high workload and maintain structure Have knowledge of food hygiene regulations Work well independently and as part of a team Are reliable, responsible, and quality-oriented Communicate clearly (English is sufficient) Formal training as a Chef is an advantage but not a requirement — experience counts.
