Position: Chef / Cook We are looking for a talented and committed Chef/Cook to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing dishes, ensuring quality and consistency, and contributing to a dynamic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of warm and cold dishes (shawarma, salads, sauces, accompaniments) according to established recipes and standards Manage mise en place to ensure efficient service during peak times Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene at all times Assist with inventory management and kitchen stock control Contribute ideas for new dishes or process improvements Collaborate smoothly with both kitchen and service staff Requirements: Professional cooking experience, preferably within a busy restaurant or fast-paced kitchen Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine or similar Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain quality under pressure Team player with positive work attitude Proficiency in English; Danish is an advantage We Offer: A creative and supportive working environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the kitchen A competitive salary based on experience Flexible hours and potential for increased responsibility A central Aarhus location with a friendly, dynamic team Application Process Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to.
