CAP Partner works as consultants and association managers for scientific societies. We are currently seeking a Corporate Partnership Manager to join our team responsible for the European Wound Management Association (EWMA). EWMA is a European not-for-profit umbrella organisation, linking national wound management organisations, individuals and groups with interest in wound care.   As Corporate Partnership Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for developing and managing the collaboration with wound care industry representatives. Your task will be to generate industry funding for the association by bridging industry interests with EWMA’s scientific and clinical goals and objectives.   Our new Corporate Partnership Manager should be dynamic and committed and have a strong drive, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strategic sense for how companies may engage with scientific associations.    The position includes occasional travel within Europe to attend meetings and events.     Your Responsibilities:  Build, manage and grow new partnerships with relevant industry partners.  Support our project managers and association board members in developing their collaboration with relevant industry partners who may financially support the activities of the associations.  Contribute to EWMA’s strategic development, by developing the concepts for collaboration with industry partners.   Take responsibility for the sales procedures, including regular reporting on sales, new opportunities, and budget updates.  Prepare presentations and lead meetings with current and potential new industry partners.  Negotiate agreements with industry partners.  Participate in internal meetings and coordinate sales related activities of other staff members  You will report directly to Henrik J. Nielsen, owner of CAP Partner and EWMA Director.     Your Profile: Work experience from an association, health sciences, public health medical company or similar  Experience in partnerships, networking, or project coordination  Strong organizational and relationship-building skills  Knowledge of marketing and communication (not required, but an advantage)  Strong presentation skills  Efficient, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects  Knowledge about wound care and/or experience with scientific associations is an advantage  Full proficiency in English (Danish is an advantage)     About CAP Partner   We handle all types of tasks for scientific societies: strategy development, conference planning and support, fundraising, and general secretariat assistance including board support, financial management, administration and the coordination of working groups.
