Embedded Systems Developer (Experienced). We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Developer in Tampere to join our clients long-term development project. In this role, you will work on demanding embedded solutions involving real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, and industrial fieldbuses. The end customer is a large international company. Required Skills & Experience: FreeRTOS – strong hands-on experience STM32 microcontrollers – especially the H7 series, but solid STM32 expertise in general is highly valued Strong understanding of microcontroller peripherals and communication interfaces Experience with industrial fieldbuses, such as: - EtherCAT - Profinet - Profibus Excellent C++ development skills in embedded environments What We Expect: Proven experience in embedded software development Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with hardware and system teams Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to development Good communication skills What We Offer: A permanent, full-time position Long-term opportunity to work on demanding and technically complex embedded projects Stable working environment with room for professional growth Work is expected to start around early 2026.
