Data Analysts
For our client were seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Analyst / BI Developer consultant to support a large-scale reporting and analytics transition program. The role focuses on strengthening analytics capabilities, ensuring continuity in reporting solutions, and enabling effective decision support during an ongoing integration and alignment phase. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve analytics and reporting solutions within a complex Nordic business operations environment. Key responsibilities, among others: · Developing and maintaining a well-functioning, modern reporting totality · Connecting to new data sources and analysis initiatives · Creating actionable insights from large volumes of data · Building visualizations to support business in understanding performance and identify areas of improvement · Support and collaborate with stakeholders · Proactively identifying new opportunities within data and analytics. To succeed in this role, youll lean on the following core skills: · Data transformation and programming (e.g. SQL, Python) · Modern data platform tools (experience with Databricks and DBT are seen as advantage) · Data visualization experience from BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI) · Good communication and presentation skills · Fluency in English, Finnish is a benefit · Self-driven and a proactive attitude.
